Over fifteen years of experience working in Customer Success and Implementation roles in B2B SaaS, with the majority being in leadership positions. I have built teams, customer success/implementation frameworks, and operational processes across teams in London, Germany, and the Nordics. For a three year period between 2016- 2019 I was based in Singapore where I worked as a Customer Success Director for an established Fintech company, helping implement the Customer Success and service strategy for customers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, India and China.

I have managed teams from 7 to 120+ people from graduate to VP level, overseeing client books ranging from $10m to $130m in ACV. This has been at both a large international technology firm as well as a start-up/scale-up business, working with both enterprise level customers to SME’s.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve sold across a variety of industries — from complex SaaS platforms like Oracle Cloud, hardware solutions in the education sector with Apple, to high-value enterprise services with Gartner. I’ve had the privilege of working with partners and clients across Europe and North America. My roles have spanned new business acquisition, account growth, and leadership, always with a focus on understanding and aligning with decision-makers at the highest level.
